Use others' bribes to move up in the block
Before we get into the specifics of space wallet sniper implementations, let's learn about the phenomenon of the bundle network effect.
Bundle Network Effect
Most of sniping bots combine their sniping transactions in one bundle. They also try to include the Add Liquidity transaction at the top of their bundle.
The bribe for the bundle is cumulative and has a much higher chance of getting to the top of the block. The accumulated bribe is much higher than individual snipers or other less used sniping bots.
The more snipers participate in this one sniping solution, the more beneficial it is for each participating sniper. That's why we call it the bundle network effect.
As a result, it creates a monopolized sniping solution with the most aggressive snipers, which wins in 95%+ of the cases.
You can check it yourself here: https://t.me/etherscan_tracker.
What does this mean for the individual sniper?
This means that by using the monopolized solution, a single sniper has many times more chances of a successful snipe.
Example of Unequal Choice
You have a CA to snipe and you're ready to bribe 1 Eth. You have an option to use monopolized trading bot B and some other trading bot, let's call it A.
Bribes in monopolized bot B: [.5E, 2E, 4E, 5E, 10E] -> total 21.5E
Bribes in some other bot A: [.2E, .5E, 3E, 4E] -> total 7.7E
As a result, with 1 Eth bribe an individual sniper can outperform snipers bribing larger amounts, like 3E and 4E, in other sniping solutions.
Is there anything we can do about this?
Absolutely! Space Wallet has a solution that maximizes your chances of getting to the top of the block like no other sniping solution. Implementation details will be released closer to the alpha release.
